Is a flat or apartment better than a hotel?

Flats or apartments are much more convenient and much cheaper than a hotel.

What determines the price of the apartment?

The cost depends on the rental period and the number of people. The longer the rental period, the more discount you receive.

Do you provide proof of residence?

We provide all details that you will need.

How long does it take to book?

For one or two people we usually find a place for any length of time, at least for one day. However, at long weekends, holiday periods and the time of large exhibitions and trade fairs in Minsk we can be fully booked. It is important that you contact us and not leave arrangements until the last minute. Booking in advance is advisable.

Can I book an apartment without down payment?

Sometimes this is possible. We will tell you everything in detail when applying.

Where are the apartments you offer?

All apartments are located in the historic centre of Minsk, 0,1-1 km radius from October Square, the Palace of the Republic and Hotel Europe. Please look at the location map on our web site.

Is the cost of the apartment per person or for the apartment?

The cost is for the apartment. Each apartment has an exact number of beds. Please look at the listings.

What services are included in the cost of renting an apartment?

The price includes accommodation in a flat and regular cleaning (1-2 times a week at a convenient time for you), change of bed linen (1 time per week). The cost of renting an apartment includes all overhead costs: electricity, gas, heating, hot and cold water, using the Internet and all equipment in the apartment.

Can I get a refund if I decide to leave earlier?

Yes, but only if you give us 12 hours minimum notice before your planned departure time.

Is it safe to live in your apartments?

No more dangerous than conventional apartments in Minsk, if you observe the usual rules for living:

  • Do not leave balcony doors or windows open.
  • Do not let strangers into the apartment, etc.

All of our apartments have steel reinforced doors and all main entrances are equipped with entry phones.
